Example: Ton Knipscheer live at the Inno-Meeting

At the Inno-Meetings, decision-makers along the value chain of flexible packaging meet. Each Inno-Meeting is unique and focuses on one topic. The recurring series of topics create real expert meetings. Top topics are

  •  Stand-up pouches
  • Barrier films
  • Environmentally friendly plastic packaging
  • Food law
  • Packaging printing
  • PE & PP films

The conferences are offered in German and English. The German-language Inno-Meetings focus on topics and companies from the D, A, CH region. The technical depth is particularly important here. The English-language Inno-Meetings Europe focus on European issues and connect internationally active market participants. Here, strategies are discussed in addition to technical topics. The face-to-face meetings at the Inno-Meetings are prepared and complemented by the online event series Inno-Talk, which is offered exclusively online on a monthly basis. German-language and English-language Inno-Talks alternate.

10th Expert Meeting Packaging Printing – Efficient and Recyclable

Thursday, 27. / Friday, 28. November 2025 – Start 9:30

For almost two decades, the “Expert Meeting Packaging Printing” has been the leading German-language forum for innovative printing, ink, and material solutions in the world of flexographic printing. In 2025, everything will revolve around recyclability: monomaterials, deinkable inks, short-run workflows, and digital data chains will fundamentally change packaging printing. Two days of keynotes, best practice cases, and controversial panel discussions, delivered as a live podcast, will provide you with facts, strategies, and inspiration for your business strategy. If you are also wondering how to print more sustainably, how MDO can be processed effectively, and how CO2 emissions can be reduced, then come and meet many like-minded people from across the packaging industry.

The event brings together not only printers, printing service providers, machine manufacturers, ink and film suppliers, packagers, and brands, but also everyone involved in printing along the supply chain for packaged goods in the broadest sense. This increasingly includes recyclers and recyclate users, which, according to PPWR, will soon include all of us. But how? We will discuss and clarify. This year, there will again be a livestream, now with simultaneous translation between German and English. This means that there are no longer any barriers for interested parties from all over Europe!

23. Inno-Meeting – Flexpack 2030

Tuesday, 24. / Wednesday, 25. February 2026 – Start 9:30

The new Inno-Fiber format marks the start of a series of conferences on fibre-based packaging materials and their applications. The first expert meeting is dedicated to functional papers, which are becoming increasingly important as a sustainable alternative to plastic packaging. The focus will be on current developments in barrier properties, sealability and mechanical resilience for sophisticated packaging solutions.
Industry experts and researchers will present innovative approaches such as coatings, additives and new paper structures as well as their impact on recyclability and legal requirements. The event offers a platform for professional exchange and discussion about the opportunities and challenges of fibre-based packaging in the context of the circular economy.
